Summary: we had the pleasure of staying at this hotel and it exceeded our expectation. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome. The check in process was smooth and efficient and we were immediately impressed by the lobby and the Uzbek show room. The room was spacious, well decorated and clean. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom had all the necessary and we appreciated the thoughtful touches like complimentary bottles of water. The breakfast offers a wide selection of options and there is a terrace to have a tea or a glass of wine at sunset time. Oustanding service and hospitality. Every member of the team was friendly and attentive, arranging transportations, recommending attractions and restaurants.
